I participate actively on consumer forums and these online complaints forums provide a platform to gets your grievances out against companies and their products or services. I particular hate it when a company try to rip me off and I always try to put my experience on online forums and blogs because I believe that will help other people take an informed decision about that product or service.
I do agree that experience differ with different people and one person may not experience the same thing that another person have experienced with a particular service or product. It’s all an “average” thing and if a company or a product or service has got an overall bad reviews and feedback from many people, then it sure must be really bad. That is my understanding and belief and I will probably stay away from such companies.
